Certified For Your Protection
Service Sleuth is an independent division of Howard Services. Howard Services is co-owned and operated by a Licensed Private Investigator holding the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation. The Certified Protection Professional (CPP) is the pinnacle security management designation and is held by only a few thousand professionals internationally. This PI license is required for mystery shopping in many states. We have it! Many don't. This also protects you in the event of litigation. In addition, our founder, Howard Levinson, holds a degree in Security Management from Northeastern University's College of Criminal justice. We are longtime members of several Trade Organizations and we are founding/charter members of the MSPA (Mystery Shopping Providers Association), the largest and most respected organization dedicated exclusively toward Mystery Shopping.
